The real question is, how loud do you want to go?

Currently I'm running a Stillen CBE with Motordyne ART pipes.
Loud enough for me with no drone, nice tone and minimal rasp.

If I had to replace my CBE tomorrow I would give Motordyne's Shockwave CBE a go.

I have an mxp right now. But there's a fast intentions on the way. Gonna be looking to sell soon.

Ugh. I'm pissed. I swear people do not know how to drive here. Had someone pull out in front of me while I was in 5th going about 45..me being fairly new to a manual transmission still had the first instinct of someone that is driving an auto and hit the brakes. Didnt stall but my ride before that was so smooth..now it's like I can feel everything and 5th/6th are a bit notchy every now and then. Wtf!? I'm going to have my guys at the shop drive it for me but anyone got any ideas or am I just being paranoid?

Gulfcoastgrl, you maybe paranoid from the adrenaline... btw, did you get my pm about updating my Navi? I would like to do it tomorrow if the price is right... Nissan of Chesapeake and Norfolk is about $100-120 (they have to hook it up to a laptop and upload the new software) for the install plus $99 for the product key. they said I would have updated maps and be able to stream music via blutooth with the new updates (I have to use the 3mm jack to rca cables in the center console).

I was thinking ARK, it seems to be a bit louder than FI. An acquaintance of mine here has the FI with headers as well, and it sounded good, but not that much louder at all. A dude here on the forum wants to trade my stock + 900 bucks for his ARK.

You are probably just a bit paranoid, but you are very correct in that Hampton drivers are the worst...like ever. Ive lived in VA my whole life, and ive found once you get past Richmond onto 81, people magically learn to drive again.

Plus Hampton and VB is heavy military which mean there's drivers from all over. That's why when we get an inch of snow you find cars turned over in a ditch

Yeah, that's what I thought too. It was a while back, so he could have showed me prior to having the headers installed.

Im gonna freeze my *** off when I get home, it started consistently being in the 90's here and I am relieved haha.

It's here.....

gulfcoastgrl 09-24-2015 07:11 PM

I think that I was pretty paranoid but notchy shifting is there still so I may just end up putting my powertrain to good use. There is no way what happened could cause a major tranny problem. Anyways yeah I've never been in an acident so I was pretty shaken up when I almost hit her. Thanks though guys!
