I still have my FI and if you still want it let me know. I started to get some sellers remorse after I posted it for sale so I haven't bumped the ad. If I still have it in the spring I'm going to put it back on.

So I pulled out my HFC's today to notice that the element in the driver side one was toast. It was rattling around like crazy. I'm not happy, I have to buy new test pipes or something now......

Also received my new Z1 intake manifold today. Bolted that up fairly quickly. Can't wait to get the car back together and get it tuned!

I'm still deciding between the FI and Stillen exhaust. The FI is cheaper if I buy it from you, but I like the Stillen because of the cabin noise level.

Would you deliver if I bought it from you since we live about 45 min from each other?

240se, did you install the exhaust yourself?

Yes, the hardest parts is getting the nuts on the old exhaust loose. I would recommend you start spraying them now with something to break the rust like Liquid Wrench or PB Blaster. I put copper anti seize on the new bolts but they were not on long enough for it to matter.

You could convert your bad cat to a test pipe. You just need a long screw driver...

Not sure how good that would sound. I think it would get really raspy. I kind of wanted my car a tad quieter anyways. Might go with resonated test pipes.

Anybody want to come to tail of the dragon on april 8th? staying through the 12th. It's an s2000 meetup not Z dayz but a bunch of my friends go to this one so I go every year with them.

Let me know. Making reservations this week.

I can't stay away from home that long… Overnight is pushing it for me :shakes head:

sounds cool... where is it? I'll be out of town, but I'm curious...

So next week I am getting my Stillen G3 intakes, 6k hid bulbs, and FI 18" res exhaust... I can't wait. So far I tinted my car, painted headlights w/Halo eyes, installed backup cam, and replaced everything with LEDs (except blinkers and reverse lights).

Probably got to pump the brakes on mods... that married life.

bkngo 02-15-2015 02:44 PM

also, thinking my next major purchase would be the eibach pro plus kit (volks wheels, Stillen body kit, Stillen supercharger kit... much later)...

side note: i'll probably got to pick up the bypass harness with wireless remote control (setting it up with the homelink buttons) in a few weeks to finish my backup cam project.
