Hey Jay, could you tell me the brand or PM me the link of where you got your spoiler on ebay? I'm gonna order one so we can both have matching crooked spoilers at future Mid-A meets. :bowrofl:

Ahh Masa, I cant right now because Im at work, and our filters block ebay, and damn near everything else, but tomorrow afternoon I will.

eastwest2300 09-04-2011 09:47 PM

It shouldnt be that hard to find, go on eBay, under search and put in Nissan 370Z spoiler, you'll be looking for the one thats $139.00 with free shipping and and its painted for whatever your Z's paint code is. Make sure you include that (Paint Code) when you pay for it through Pay Pal under "Notes"

If you cant find it, I'll email you the link tomorrow afternoon.

Thanks for all the help Kirk! My springs were shipped yesterday and should be here by Monday. Intakes will hopefully be shipping out this weekend.

Now I gotta find out where the closest Krispy Kreme is, I have a feeling I might be going there quite often now :icon17:

Nice man! Got my Eibachs last Friday and my Stillen CBE is being delivered today... :excited:

Masa 09-07-2011 07:50 AM

I changed my mind about the spacers, want more power mods. I decided on Berk HFC but still debating on which CBE to get.

Trooper's Nismo sounded bad *** with HFC and Invidia Gemini, may go that route since I don't want to bottom out with the F.I. CBE.

Blades, we gotta get together, so you can tell me what aftermarket parts I should get for my Z.

You're not going to bottom out with the F.I., the first version was 3/8" lower than the lowest point on oem exhaust. The current version which has been out for a few months raised that lowest point 3/8"-1/2". Also that lowest point is where you're rear wheels are, so when going over speed bumps if you take them straight on you are golden my friend.

eastwest2300 09-07-2011 08:50 PM

Glokwork, you're on top of it bro.

Hmm good to know. I know when I saw Birdman's F.I. set up at some of the meets it was really scary looking - I believe he has the first version (Bert chime in here if I am right/wrong). Gonna have to rethink this and take measurements.

Thanks buddy, just trying to help out. Tony is the man and his products are top notch. I saw a thread about someone worried about scraping around a month or so ago, I chimed in with that info that I received from Tony himself over the phone. It started a shitstorm because it wasn't made public sooner blah blah. It's not a change in the design it self, just simply raising the mufflers up to further prevent scraping. I just went back and found the post where Tony confirms this. Just hate to see someone not choose FI over something that is a non issue, heres the link to Tony's post, hope this helps

Sounds like the Gordon Biersch meet will be the perfect time. You'll have a lot of other more informed people to ask for advice as well
