GM_Traitor3.5 09-09-2011 07:23 AM

Kirk- still waiting on my new endlinks and FSB. Eibachs are just sitting in my apt right now...

Figure it's easier just to do those things at the same time...

How's your availability next weekend... Saturday or Sunday work for me!

Kirkster 09-17-2011 03:32 PM

swifts. Amplified and Kamispeed both sell them.

eastwest2300 09-17-2011 06:44 PM

I found them on here, for over $200, is that a fair price?

Red__Zed 09-17-2011 06:45 PM

i think they usually go for like 300 new.

there's not really much variance in price because the demand is high. I got a hook up from amplified when they first came out, but I'm pretty sure everyone is selling at the same price now.

eastwest2300 09-17-2011 07:01 PM

GM_Traitor3.5 09-18-2011 07:46 PM

Hopefully Sir Kirk's Garage will have time this weekend to help install the new FSB, RL Endlinks and Eibachs :happydance:

b1adesofcha0s 09-18-2011 09:04 PM

I bought mine used from a forum member for $290 shipped. $200 is a great price, you should definitely go for it!

Didn't you say you found a set for a little over $200? I bought a used set and it came put to be $290 with shipping.

290.00 seems kinda high for a used set. You can snag a new set for 315 shipped, only 25 bucks more lol.

Masa 09-19-2011 12:16 PM

How do you like the springs so far? Taken any corners in anger yet? There is a noticeable difference. :rofl2:

Loving the springs! There is soooo much less body roll now. Feel a lot more confident in taking turns fast. Now I just wish I had summer tires so I could push it even further. I usually slow down when I hear the tires screeching now :icon17:

Where's the confidence/horsepowers graph when we need it!

Masa 09-19-2011 12:27 PM

I drove my Z to work today, you can probably see it from the lab right now. Since the morning temps were around 50 i took a corner too fast before the tires warmed up and the rear end slid out. :rofl2:

Still nowhere near the godly red_zed confidence levels though. That's an unrealistic goal that I will never be able to reach.

Should we test this theory out at the anti-MD meet?

I'll use my oil money to buy an Aventador from the Lambo dealership and then race Dan in his wrx to test out his confidence levels.
