ok - i'm settled on this route... it was excellent today! i stopped and asked the ranger at the entrance to the park, no special permits required, but they do like to be informed of large groups... if we tell them ahead, then we might be expecting more patrols.. there was a nice peach orchard that i thought we could stop at, but today it was closed... so maybe not. this is a fun ride... looking forward to sharing with everyone...
