Mid-Atlantic Cruise: The Skyline Drive Mega-Cruise

Hey guys, we lost you when we all started back from that little store we stopped at. I got stuck behind some slower vehicles in both lanes. We kept going until we came to a road that said Port Royal and we took it for 24 miles and arrived at Spelunkers at 2:00PM I was surprised nobody was there yet so we hung around for another half hour and then boogied back to Maryland. Had a great time though rain and all. Not sorry I missed the PoPo though. I'll post my pics in a bit.

Sorry to hear about rain and getting separated issues. We didn't have any rain here in NYC.

ok - that was fun...

Jon, we waited several times - plus the popo delay - so we were maybe 15 minutes behind you at the spelunkers...

Sorry Bert that you had to peel off - the trip back North on the drive was interesting: no fog, and we got a nice lecture from the popo - because we sounded so fast.

Bill and Kirkster separated coming out of Front Royal, but we caught up again...

I'm from the Nico Club!! I ran into you guys/gals on the mountain today! Sweet rides! I'll post some pics. it was very nice meeting you all!
I didt get to do a proper intro with you all and im sorry for that! I would love to get together as a meet or somthing like we talked about. If you could shoot me some links with the info that would be great! If you all dont mind my beat up Altima following I might ride along on the next run.

Bart it was nice to meet you and your family this afternoon. Thanks for those great photos and we look forward to meeting up with you again. Our next weekly meet is in Columbia, MD at the Target parking lot off Dobbin Road. The next weekend we'll be at the Starbucks in Fair Lakes off 7100 next to Kohls. If you come by, just note that there is another Starbucks just about a half mile up the road. It is not next to Kohls.

Sounds good. Normal time is 10:00AM to about noonish. Just to be clear next Saturday is an MD meet and then the following is a VA meet. Cheers!
