keep calling back. some people call and cancel, sometimes they open up "new blocks" of rooms. just keep calling.

I took your advice and called Fontana Village back and talked to Tim. I told him what I was looking for and he said that there was a fireplace room available (next to the Lodge) so I scarfed it

. My reservations are all set. Thanks for the suggestion and we'll see everyone there.

yea tim's the manager. he can authorize stuff that the regular desk clerks can't. glad you got your room reserved
