I received an email on that event and looked into it attending it. It turned out to be an "access road", or something of that sort, and not actually the Dragon. (Probably still fun though)

I thought about using the entire road on my run, but I knew I would be posting the video and didn't want to explain how/why I knew the road was empty a gazillion times over, so I just stayed in my lane.:driving:
