My brother bought his Xterra from them. He had a good experience.

But it's worth pointing out that:

that price is the one you're getting. there is no haggling them down.
they will still try to screw you on financing the deal, just like every other dealer. do your homework before setting foot in their showroom.

I'll be paying cash so the financing is not an issue.

The prices that dealers list are intentionally higher, though. You are meant to go in and haggle them down.

Carmax prices always hover right around invoice, but you can get most dealers to sell at or below invoice.

Do some research. I mean, the ball is in your court right now. Worst case scenario, you can buy at carmax for X price. You can always check around and see if a dealer is willing to beat that.
