Anyone want to spill the cost of a room? I was about to make a reservation when I said, "F--- it, let me ask."

Check their website and look at the different cabins and lodge rates. If you can get several people to split the cost of a cabin, it isn't bad. I had a 2 bedroom cabin, but there were 4 of us in it. I think the whole weekend cost me $180 or so for 3 nights.

I think you missed my point... or I didn't express myself correctly - That's exactly the reason why I asked if anyone wants to spill a room. Perhaps 2-4 of us can split the cost of a room and knock the price down.

When is a good day to show up? I heard it's from 18-21 May 2010. Does that I mean I have to sleep over on the 17th? and leave on 22?

We left around 5 AM on Thursday this year and arrived around 4 PM. We left early on Sunday morning. But, like any hotel, I'm sure you can arrive early and stay later.

So, it's ok to arrive the first day of the event as opposed to the day prior? In that case then I can save some $$$.

Yeah, but you get a day (afternoon) early and you can enjoy the Dragon the next day because the whole Z crowd won't be up there until that afternoon!

They will be tired from the drive and you will be fresh like a rose.

LOL. A day prior is better if I want to drive the tail in the morning, you mean? I just might do that, thanks.
