Wow, I bet youd really be able to pick up chicks at the local bars then...."what do you do? "oh I pick up dog sh*t in your lawn cause youre too lazy to, then charge you 85 bucks to do something any retard with a bag and a glove can do, I have real skills".

How anybody could make money off of a franchise like this is beyond me.....I mean unless youre handicapped/very old that you cant do it yourself, then thats fine. But everybody in my neighborhood is very young...this just blows my mind.

Someone found a way to capitalize on American's laziness? Sounds like a brilliant idea to me :p

Never underestimate the laziness, stupidity, and arrogance of the general public. Billions are made every year off those traits.

Oh I agree 100 percent. Giant Food, the grocery store here, does peapod, which delivers your groceries to you for a fee. They make a killing off of stuff like that.

I dunno, I just thought that this was silly.

Says the man with a 7AT :stirthepot:

But I agree the vast majority of the general public is lazy. Just think about how dumb the average person is and then realize there is 50% dumber than them...:icon14:

Cristobal09 03-20-2012 02:33 PM

I dont think people that use that kind of service are dumb per se, I just find it hilarious that theyre willing to pay money for a service as silly as that. But hey, if you have the money, why not.

Which leads to one of my favorite quotes by George Carlin "Think of how dumb the average human being is, and then realize half the population is even dumber than that."

That's modern society, though. One-click, on-demand, gotta have it now.

This is the self-entitlement generation. I agree with blades. Make money off those attitudes.

So I just went outside to get something from my car and it was a younger guy, real nice, that was working for them. He was actually cleaning up dog crap from our neighborhood, our HOA coughed up 500 bucks for him to walk around the neighborhood and pick up crap and refill the little baggies that people can use to pick up the poop. I asked him how business was, he says hes booked almost every day. He says he makes a decent living too. (I was just hounding him with questions).

okay put into the right context it makes sense now. I can see how in that type of area a business like that would thrive.

Cristobal09 03-27-2012 07:34 PM

I love people

So I was going out to get some lunch and looky what I see....

It was a hit and run, of course no witnesses, somebody apparently drove and pushed my neighbors car into my car and pushed my Pilot up onto the curb. Damage isnt too bad, it just ripped off my license plate holder, and nicked the radiator a tad.

b1adesofcha0s 03-27-2012 07:36 PM

That sucks man :(

Wow, I'll sure I'm far far away from you if we are hanging out during stormy days. Kinda like last weekend actually :icon17:

Chris, glad it wasn't the Z and that the damage wasn't as bad as it could have been. Pretty upsetting.

m4a1mustang 03-27-2012 08:35 PM

Damn that sucks Chris.

Cristobal09 03-27-2012 08:49 PM

Yeah all sorts of crap happen to me LOL

From azzholes calling the cops on me for supposedly telling their kids to shut the fvck up, to psycho girls in other 370's, to dickheds to ramming me up onto a curb lol.

Masa 03-27-2012 09:29 PM

On a lighter note to take away from Chris' negativity... I got pulled over tonight. I was doing well into the 90's but the officer only gave me a warning and put down 73 in a 55, she didn't even ask for my registration just my license. Winning!!

Nope, I was actually headed home from MoCo (went to Rockville Gordon Biersch). Got pulled over on I-495 right where it splits off to I-95 by a lady MD State Trooper.

She was really cool, only asked to run my license and didn't even bother to get my registration and proof of insurance. Told me it was a nice car and how she knew it wasn't fun to be stuck behind traffic but to keep it under 80mph.

Can't believe I got outta that one... like a boss BAWS. :icon17:

:ohsnap1: I'm using that line next time, too!

Officer: License and registration, sir

Me: Are you aware that I know a certain individual on the370z.com board called eastwest2300?

Officer:  I'm sorry to have stopped you. I'm sure you have somewhere special to be since you were travelling so fast. Do you require an escort? Should I radio ahead so the hi speed lane can be opened up just for you?

Me: Thank you. And yes, please. However, I require an escort AND the hi speed lane be opened.

Officer: Yes, sir!

m4a1mustang 03-28-2012 07:27 AM

Well a breath of fresh air this morning, it was actually the mother of one of my neighbors. She apparently blacked out at the wheel while parking (she had a big Sequoia) and for about 10 seconds was just pushing both of our cars onto the curb. The lady didnt even know she did it, and drove off. But her insurnance is covering me thank god.

Btw ron, thats just insane luck. With my luck, if I was going that fast, theyd pull my out of the car by gunpoint, beat the sh*t out of me, and charge me with 13 other offenses.

I know about that blackout and drive off crap. Everytime I've had a seizure behind the wheel and that's on multiple ocassions, I always end up a few miles down the road before I snap out of it. That is a scary freakin' feeling!!

The blacking out + driving thing is pretty scary but I'd prefer this incident over some random ahole that drove off knowing what they did.

Exactly,

they were VERY apologetic, and I told her that I dont care about the truck as much as a person's life. Just as long as the mother is doing well.

Boy I wasnt thinking that yesterday when I had no idea what was going on LOL
