BTW I think I saw you leaving Walmart last night around midnight. I wasnt in my car though. It was a white 370z sport so I figured it would be you.

Brian370 · 02-28-2011, 06:41 PM

Yessir that was me. Went to get a blu ray, I was pretty bored.

m4a1mustang · 02-28-2011, 06:45 PM

Alright, so Fairfax is this weekend. I know Dan was talking about having a range day at some point. Anyone up for some shooting after lunch, perhaps?

And no, I'm not talking about using Al for target practice.

If you were talking about that, you would probably type a disclaimer about how you're not talking about that. So who am I to believe?

If I buy a kevlar vest, I'll feel better in general.

The only gun I'd ever shoot you with is, well, you know...

shadoquad · 02-28-2011, 07:03 PM

A kevlar vest AND a chastity belt.

Same here. Can you give some more info about cost and other stuff. Never been to a range, but its one of those things that always seemed fun to do.

Also, what's the address for the Fairfax meet, I might have to come out this week

As far as the range goes, I haven't actually been to a real pistol range either. I just shot on private land.

Not sure what Dan would recommend but some friends of mine have recommended Blue Ridge Arsenal which is pretty close to where we meet. But I think you might need to have a membership there before you can use the range, not sure.

Dan... guide us!

Not sure on Blue Ridge, I can look into that. The NRA range is also not far away from there. I've done all my shooting at either my parents house or Clark Bros, which might be a bit of a hike, especially for Marylanders.

I'd guess the NRA range would be our best bet, though if Blue Ridge let's us shoot, it may be worth it.

I'll bring a pair of extra handguns for people to borrow or whatever.
