When I went with Tony down to Richmond, we all met up at the Target off I-95 by Potomac Mills. You take the Prince William Parkway exit to the right when headed south on I-95 and you drive to the second light and turn right. Unless you can come up with a better meeting location.

I had that Target parking lot in mind. There is actually a Starbucks right across the street from it so I was thinking over there if it's going to be open. I'll figure it out and post something tonight.
