Rusty's 2nd Labor Day Meet 2021
 

Ok folks, here it is. The 2nd meet at my house.

This year, there will be Saturday cruise over the mountain. The same route as last year, but in reverse. Stop at Ohio Pyle Falls for a break. On Sunday, it will be a river route along the Monongahela River. Going down RT88, and coming back on RT166.

This year, bring your bathing suit. I should have the pool ready to go. And bring your own beer. Because I have no idea on what you guys like. We'll have breakfast. Wifey making breakfast casserole with green chili. Lunch and dinner here. The 2 bedrooms are spoken for. Bill and Melisa. Mike and Susan. Have basement 2 couches and air mattress open.

The motorhome is gone. So that isn't an option now for sleeping.


The closest motel to me is the Hampton Inn. A few stayed there last year. It's only about 4 miles from me.

How many miles round trip on the cruises? I have to plan for fuel. LOL

Idk about miles but it is a great route! Very, very fun roads. :driving:

I'll figure out some other food to bring again. Maybe smoke some more stuff beforehand. Recommendations welcome.

I got the spot where the motorhome was. It's about 60ft long with a 30 amp RV electric plug. I have a couple of different adapters too if you want to hook up too the house.

I have to check on that.

My range depends on my fun level. I can watch the darn fuel gauge move. LOL

Hard for me to plan this far in advance, company is growing like crazy, but unless something big happens, I'll be there. Not sure on Megan yet.

Got it on the calendar. Don't know if I can commit just yet. I'll book airfare soon just in case.

You really think I can have the Z in road trip condition by Sept? How about I rent a one-way Uhaul for the Z to get up there, have Joby fix it and then drive it home?

Nice thing about airfare is I can cancel and still get a full refund up to 10 min before the flight departure time.

We all know you'd find something to run over or blow a tire before you even left the driveway. Hell, you barely dodged that squirrel in mine last year. Madwi still has a busted windshield and it spidered all the way down to his turbo. You fly here buddy. Someone will grab you from the airport again.
