That neutral rev limiter is normal for 6MTs. I'd give the shop a call and confirm the features were programmed in during the tune.

No dyno time, required. Just need features to be activated. Generally you activate launch control by 1st turning on sport mode 2nd turning off VDC 3rd clutch and gas pedal all the way in...

He used ecutek.. Says that on the thread title. I am pretty sure these features need to be enabled by your tuner. They didn't go over any of this with you?

Couple question who tuned it? Did they explain all features too you? Best questions could be answered by the tuner shop what all they did with the tune.
