    That fee isn't their fault. It's frustrating I know, but they have good reason to not ship that much product out of country to a mismatched billing/shipping.

    You can boost on a budget (I did!) but to stay under $10k you needed to start out with a 6MT and adjust your power goals closer to 500whp. Upgrading the 7AT is half the budget on its own.
