The original goal was 1100whp but the turbos didn’t have that in them. To get any further he will need to upgrade them with a newer compressor. I am not sure if that’s something he will do this year...

You don't need to do that. I fixed it with a scrap of leftover foam from my sound deadener install. Just stick something on the back of the license plate and frame.
