I just got off the phone with my mechanic. He pulled my sc today and spun the pulley by hand. He said that when spinning the pulley back and forth he can feel a slight clunking like bearing play....

Yes Vortech are very conservative about ONLY using there parts and services on their brand. The other plus is that if Vortech do it you have warranty.
