The Nismo doesn't have the 3 additional chassis braces anymore? It did for the pre-'15s. Also, I'd be shocked if the new seats are that much lighter than the old ones.

I'd run from any German car over 4 years old. Unless you are emotionally involved and prepared to pay well and not have it to drive from time to time. Overengineering is, well, overengineered.
