Yeah, that's the problem. Manufacturers don't think customers want to deal with a low boost threshold, so they use undersized turbos. They feel peppy down low and die up top. You can run more boost...

Mileage and year? Just because cpo doesn't mean crap. Me personally I would never buy a used bmw anymore. If you do get one, grt the warranty and don't let it end

One thing to also consider is what other car can you get carbon ceramic disc brakes for under 100 grand? even the new m3/4 have the option but its well over the price of the Z06 and Z28... Chevy does...
