For whatever reason...but you don't have to take it to the dealer you bought the car from. Take it to another dealership in the area. They should fix the issue under warranty.

If you can't/won't go to a dealer, download the FSM and diagnose it yourself. Since it will start, I doubt that the button is the problem (it's just a single-pole switch). I suspect a wiring problem...

Yeap about normal at 239 F. It appears it is an 11'. I would install an aftermarket oil cooler. 34 row for sure.
