    I made a new bracket on our cnc machine. Made it out of 7075 al. That grade is twice as strong as 6061 and tge stillen one could be made of even a lower grade. Didn't cut the bolt slot out. So this...

    I tried to use a pulley that size with the 2.75" on the blower. but it bent the tensioner bracket. That thing is flimsy. Im on the dyno next weekend so hopefully everything goes good. Ill be able...

    they did this so you don't have to hold the bolt with a wrench, the head of the bolt sits in there. but theres more then enough room to get a wrench in.
