Thanks for the reply. I was curious so I went out to my car at lunch time and took a drive. Driving down a bumpy road I had the rattle constantly. I cracked the window (1/8") and the rattles went away. Would like to fix it myself so I did not have to go through the hassle of dropping off my car at the dealership, but I am a little gunshy about pulling the window mechanism apart.

All I can tell you is that I had a rattle in the door and the dealer fixed it. They said it was something to do with the window mechanism.

I can verify that the ASWC control DOES work with the Pioneer AHV-X2500BT. I did have to manual program, but that literally took all of 2 minutes. No lag at all on HU response.

Just want to clarify -- I am not trying to jump all over you for your decision. If you know you will switch to a new car every 3 years, I think leasing is your best option. It is not the best...
