Sorry to hear this.. Automatic transmissions are not simple devices. Without a transmission dyno, successful rebuilds are a crap shoot. Too bad they wont honor their (lack of) workmanship.

Its air.... Seriously, air gets trapped in the valvebody on fluid changes and causes strange behavior sometimes. Usually after 50 miles its fine.
