looks like random stone chips , some that has been brush touched up w/ tu paint. Yur best way is a full refinish of the problem panels possibly blending the color 2 the adjoining panel, but costly.Another option is hiring a good detailer 2 do minor touch ups and perform a buffout out job w/a swirl remover which will improve the gloss.
