Sorry to see all that, but it looks like most of it could be buffed out and polished. There are guys that can make that look new again... good luck!

looks like random stone chips , some that has been brush touched up w/ tu paint. Yur best way is a full refinish of the problem panels possibly blending the color 2 the adjoining panel, but costly.Another option is hiring a good detailer 2 do minor touch ups and perform a buffout out job w/a swirl remover which will improve the gloss.

Happy to say I made it back in once piece. The Z never got squirmy on the straghts at full throttle. I did get a little shake coming into and out of turns though. But slow and steady wins the race. ...

you also asked about the direction of the rotor . if you look at the way the veins inside the rotor go they should pull air from the center outward . the outer slots direction vary from manufacture...
