It appears that the fuel level sensor and the fuel pump are both acting up. Double check the pump and sensor wiring, starting at the pump/sensor and working your way toward the front of the car....

Nope that would go to the guy being in the driver's seat, pressing the button to the left of the steering wheel, striking again. VDC did what it is supposed to do when it is off....nothing.
