Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

Not a lot and quite a bit, if that makes sense. Days are busy - work, work outs (weight lifting and running), playing in 3 bands, trying to keep my guitar chops up, part of a local political group,...
