Hi! I bought the tape from amazon. It's called "3M Scotch Scotchcal Striping Tape (red 1/4 inch)" And I literally just tapped it around the rim without using any tool or marking. It's actually simple/easy to do. The tape is very durable and user friendly. You can even tape it on a plasti-dipped wheel. Took me roughly about 3 minutes each per wheel.
