Those are the Work Emotion CR Kais 2p wheels. And yeah I like that LED bar vs the halo to be honest. It gives the car a more exotic look... though some may call it rice but who knows.

I checked these out today at a dealer. I like the color a lot. But they didn't have a 6MT Nismo. And the 7AT Nismo shifter bezel looks weird (it's tiered) with a Nismo placard that I don't want. ...
