i looked at and thought about the kevlar pre-radiator cover (with making cuts to fit) and asked K&N about that and they didn't recommend...any comments since you're runnin' g3?

I have had no issues at all. I have other engine mods done along with the dyno and it
thumps. Just watch your hood. There ar a few places where you have to put foam under the hood to avoid abrasions. It's worth it!!
