i was thinking of the necessary of having a F EX...hadn't thought about a stylish one...cost/install probs/enuff effectiveness?

It's there strickly for show. It does work however. I got a speed shop near 495 just off PA Ave to mount it. I have had it forever so I don't remember the cost then. Now, it's about $100 or so. Jegs carries them. www.jegs.com is the address.

My mount is rock solid with no rattle. My crossbar now has a CF cover to match the other CF interior
