I have the same issue. 2010 370 with 33k. First event happened in June after coming home one cold evening with the roof open. Car was cold and then placed in warm garage for the night with the roof...

k4mik4ze, Thanks for the details. It's a good bet to test for a wire fault. Even in my case when the roof did not respond at all to the start button it turned out to be a shorted wire near the cover...

Well that's good news Chad. The dealer fixed mine so I did not get a look at the wires before they were repaired and taped over but it was in the same area. I noticed that there is no hydraulic line...

No warranty left. I have seen numbers on this forum as high as US$15K to fix a similar problem. I will be having my local dealer look at the issue but would like to have some fall back options.
