I just ordered SPC rear camber arms for myself but thats because my setup isn't too aggressive. But for those who are on air or aggressive setup, I hear SPL and Voodoo works better than SPC.

I consider the thermostat to be a replace-as-needed item. Ie, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. But it won't hurt anything to change it and they are cheap - go for it if it will make you feel better....
