Which code was thrown? If you don't have an OBD tool, most parts stores will loan/rent you one; some will even go out to the parking lot and read the code for you. My wild guess is that it's a CAN...

Rule of thumb usually you would need a tune after installing 3 parts ( For example, Catback, Intakes, and Test Pipes. I'm currently running Stillen Gen 3's, MotorDyne Art Pipes, and FI Catback...

I've had my Berk HFC and CBE installed for at least 2 years without any tune and no CEL either. Last year I installed a CAI (R2C) and still have not seen any CEL. The car runs great, gets good...
