    TBH i would leave the nismo badging off... if its not a nismo then dont brand it as one. If you want it to say Nismo on there go for it. its yours anyways. you gotta put on what you want on the car...

    You can tap into the wires underneath the dummy switches or if you have heated seats you can tap into the power source there too. since i had dummy switches i tapped into one of the unused wires...

    thats what i was gonna respond with. the last gear for a 6MT or 7AT is an overdrive gear for gas purposes. You could technically go without using those gears and still be fine.
