Not in Pa. I sued a contractor and won. I talked to the DA about the case and he said that I can't bring charges against him because of the civil suit. I hope it works out for you. :tup:

You have it backwards. Many civil cases kick off a criminal case if the evidence supports it. I don't see a judge letting someone get away with it. Not happening.
