It's an inflamation and/or erosion of the stomach lining. Symptoms for me are mostly extreme nausea. I feel like I'm going to puke 24 hours a day. But, I can get real gassy after a meal too during...

If it's cancer. It may be already to late. I have this rule. If it hurts for more then 2 weeks. It's doctor time unless I can't stand it. Then it's sooner.

I had painus the other day but I think it was the jalapenos in the meatloaf covered in sriracha followed by a hot sausage and egg samich for breakfast them more jalapeno meatloaf covered in sriracha...
