Does pulling fuse for steering lock issue disable immobilizer?
Not really. All it does is leave the steering wheel unlocked. ESCL was deleted in later models. Thieves would still have to bypass security to start car. Or just winch it onto a trailer, even if...

At what mileage do we change our brake fluid? (Sport Package)
At 16k I doubt you really need it, but I'll bet the pedal will feel better if you bleed the brakes with new fluid. If I was going to DIY, I'd go ahead and do it. If I had to pay the dealer, I'd wait.

What's your daily driver and how does it compare to your Z?

Jacking entire side of vehicle
Don't use the emergency jack. Get a floor jack, and jacking up the front pinch-weld will raise the whole side of the car.

Winter Beaters
My DD and winter car is a 2010 Mustang V6 with 122K km. The car is a workhorse and an extremely reliable winter car. Great in snow too, believe it or not.
