Yup, with test pipes, the o2 extenders MIGHT work for you but you'll probably have to get them tuned out. Some states can actually see when the ECU has been modified and will automatically fail you....

Dealerships are not required to sell you extended warranties via Nissan I believe, they can sell what they want (usually what makes the most profit). Calling your lawyer is a waste of time & money,...

It's not a "scam", the dealers are independent and don't have to sell that specific warranty. It would be like filing a lawsuit because they don't sell the GT-R. It doesn't make any sense for you...

I have always owned a manual (still have one). But...the 7AT is fantastic. No reason to get MT unless you plan to track or do FI. Just my opinion. I'm absolutely glad I got the 7AT.
