Hello, I had the CSC failure issue and saw this post. Thought I'd update as it mentions. I did also file a report at NHTSA.

2012 Roadster
VIN: 370274
Purchase date: August 2013 (i am second owner, purchased Sept. 2015
Occurrence: November 2015
Occurrence Mileage: 10,700 miles
Clutch type: OEM

Summary: 2nd owner. Purchased at 7500mi. Failed at 10,000. Tried clutch fluid trick. Useless after 2 days. Notified NissanUSA. Complained. Replaced CSC. Under warranty. Filed report with NHTSA.

I always see a white Nismo heading down 84 from 680 around 5:30-5:45.

Sorry to hear about your issues... Did they say anything about the A/C? could be a loose line or something?. This is exactly why people wan't their cars to be totaled after a significant accident...

I did, I answered the little form provided... Explained everything I did including having Nissan look at it and scanned over the work orders from my independent shop and dealership.

That's true... Maybe should start a petition and try and get it to pass around on other forums and sites like autoblog or jalopnik... The G37's and newer 350Z's (i'm assuming G35's too) had/have this...
