Be careful if using lug nuts to pull new studs. Use lots of anti-seize to keep from galling the threads. Get a handful of the lug nuts, because the threads won't hold up after 2 or 3 stud installs....

Don't use your normal lug nuts to pull them through. Instead go to Napa/Autozone/parts store of choice and get some very basic open lug nuts to pull them through.
