Get lozenges - Zicam, Cold-Eeze, or just plain old zinc lozenges if you can find them. I think you need the slower absorption.

If it's a cold, start hitting the Cold-Eeze. If you start taking the lozenges as soon as you feel the first symptoms, it will knock that crap right out. The only time I've gotten a cold in the last...
