I was also debating this being in CA. only option I can come up with is purchasing the carb legal kit from stillen then upgrading to topgunz A2A kit. That way u have carb sticker and just need a mild...

yeah... i am afraid that's the case. the legit ones are very strict. they failed my other car one time simply because he couldn't see the timing mark on the pulley... that was after it passed all...

Several people have recommended Specialty Z and for good reason. Seb knows what is necessary and is better at it than Stillen. Give him a call and he can answer all your questions. He won't try to...

You do have Stillen as an alternative installer albeit a pia drive down to the OC :ugh2: Do listen to jchammond, contact (TopGunZ) to get a good direction about getting the best out of that kit.
