was the clearcoat removed in the round cloudy part at the top? if so id search around for those mobile touchup places dat fix used cars. they can paint match well and blend the clear using air...

Yes change the oil. You can run synthetic just fine. if you can change your own oil, do it you don't need the dealer for this

my opinion is take your time. do not rush buying. you're in more control right now because it's winter and people will want to offload/ not have them sit in lots. patience will get you a better...

As an FYI, CarFax runs at least 6 months behind. Check the other agency (run by Equifax I think). It tends to be a little more up to date.
