CE28N doesn't look bad on the Z at all.
and I thought lots of spokes will look bad but this is changing my mind.

I was under the impression that spacers were kind of dangerous to run for performance applications. Can't remember why i was told this, maybe something about the studs i believe.

absolutely make no difference on performance and carry no risk as long as they're good quality, and your lug nuts are good. H&R have pretty good reputation, no worries with spacers at all.

Agreed!

Porsche GT3 and GT2's come with spacers from the factory.

Cup-car's run massive front spacers (~35mm + ) so they can keep the weight close to the center of the hub vs. having the rotor hat make up the space and putting the weight far from the center.

Sweet deal. Was rolling the front fenders any different with the 370 as compared to the 350 ? Dyno yet with the Mines ECU ? You said you're running stock tire sizes all around, is that because bigger wont fit ? Are the rears stretched like the fronts ? If the rears are stretched is it needed before the spacer or can larger tires be fit no problem either way ?

Nice setup! The CE28's look the business. Much better looking on a 370 than I expected.

The fenders on the 370 are rolled from the factory.

Wow! Nice build - just found this thread... I almost went with JIC's too - had a great deal on them but opted for the BC Racing ERs at last minute.

Wonder what you think of JICs after your first track event.

Definitely looking forward to hearing what the ECU buys you... when you dyno, perhaps you can run it stock too so we can see the baseline.

Which series will you run this car in ? Which clubs ?

JIC and BC, quite a big spread there? Im guessing it came down to price point?

I love the JIC's on our car. We were originally going to try and source a set of Ohlins, JRZ's or Moton's but JIC agreed to customize and build a damper specific to our needs. In the end it was probably the main mod that won the Time Attack for us. Car was rock solid through the entire course.

As far as the ECU goes, the car will be headed to the Dyno very soon. Our AE Exhaust is almost complete and we will be running several performance tests. Pre and Post.

Were currently just running the car in Redline Time Attack. Goal with this car is to just make a high performance street car that can still get wins on the weekends at the track =)

Stay tuned for updates!

sounds good, paul

was originally thinking about JIC's back in March... the shop I was working with had me lined up to be the first customer and as a result they were going to be comp'd... that relationship ended and so did the JIC thing... couldn't be happier with the BC's... will see how they stand up over time, but they have been great so far

look forward to your progress
