A few on the forum have ran them, search triple gauge and a few threads pop up.
Curious to see how the Innovate gauges look, link which ones you are thinking of going with. |
This guy in orange/red for starters:
DB Gauges: Air Fuel Ratio Guage Not interested in ProSport after reading a couple horror stories. |
Good call on the Prosport stuff. I've got the Innovate wb, and it works fine. Apparently the calibration procedure can be a pain in the *** depending on where the O2 sensor is located, but it works well. Don't let the pic on the website fool you though, it's not that bright. My only complaint with it is that I'd like it brighter during the day, but it's not adjustable.

Doesn't the sun shroud over the OEM cluster shield enough to see?
Looks like I'm going to go: Defi Boost and Oil Temp Innovate WB AFR Please tell me I'm not going to need another sensor module for the oil temp gauge? |
Mine's on the A pillar, so I couldn't tell you. I'd assume it would. Just an FYI that it washes out some in direct sunlight.
|
Mine will all be put in the stock gauge cluster. Dropping voltage and the ~clock~ and adding the aftermarket gauges.
|
Eventually I'll replace the stock triple gauge with oil temp, oil pressure and EGT, but that's way down the line. I like the A pillar for boost and AFR since it's in the line of sight. Personal preference there. If my wallet was bottomless, it would be a HKS CAMP with all the sensors, but that's just hilariously expensive.
|
Yeah I'm gonna go oil temp, AFR, boost in the stock gauge cluster. Oil pressure is a failsafe but as someone else put it, "You're probably going to notice if you blow a hose and spray oil all over the engine block".
|
Also there are less insane "all in one" digital supergauge solutions that aren't HKS. The guys at Doran recommended one that started at (laffo) $1200. I can dig for it if you want.
|
If I had to pick three, it would be the ones you listed.

These guys:
AiM Sports - The World Leader in Data Acquisition Retardedly expensive but very cool. I'd remove the center cubby and mount that bitch there. Haha they sell models that run up into the $4k range. Whee. It even has a lap timer. The nicer ones show you gear optimization and a bunch of other number crunching for car nerds. |
I'm saving something like that for the track car. For the Z, I want it to use the nav screen, or I'll just replace the 3 gauges on the dash and save a fortune.
|
I just want the clean, OEM look so stock gauge cluster it is.
