did you guys use a dremel for the cut out? I did some cut outs on my old Z32 front bumper before I put the '99 Jspec front bumper on…….garage I was in stunk like burnt plastic for awhile

laser cut. first time using it..... not 100% straight, but 99.9213%
I did post a pic of the bumper but then deleted it.....
I think final show is more appropriate

It looks awesome so far

no worries just curious I have operated a metal plasma cutter aka laser cutter both manual and automated they are cool

I like seeing that you are progressing with this project though

What they had was something that looked like an impact gun, got really hot, and had a point that cut. no actual laser beams shot out from across the room lol
