no worries just curious I have operated a metal plasma cutter aka laser cutter both manual and automated they are cool

I like seeing that you are progressing with this project though

What they had was something that looked like an impact gun, got really hot, and had a point that cut. no actual laser beams shot out from across the room lol

any flame? or was it just a piece of metal that gets hot?

EDIT: I googled it, found the smaller lighter duty cutters

no flames. just a hot pointed tip. I mean really FN hot. It went red.

I thought for sure when they said laser, and I saw that tip get hot....
lasers were going to fly around the room and Alcheng was going to start shooting back from behind the wall

haha I wish! even the big automated ones I operated, pre-trade job, didn't have laser beams or anything super cool! it was just a small blue arc the cut it and most of the time there was lots of sparks with the thicker material! the thin stuff had minimum sparks and more arc could be seen.
