How about weight? Does it make the trunk even more heavy? I know it's CF but still..

Actually good question, when you hit the button to pop the hatch, it doesn't "always" pop completely. The Z must be truly fine tuned to not pop too strongly.

So what I do is as I pop the trunk I have my pinky on the trunk to push up at the same time...minor annoyance, no biggie

I think there is a mod in the DIY section about adding pennies or something to make the trunk pop stronger/more consistent.

Awesome good to know, I already have to do that with just the OEM. So adding it wouldn't make a difference.. I was worried that it would add even more weight to it.

Theres a DIY here that shows you how to take out a weight behind the back lid plastic. That would probably lighten back up for you guys.
